RIMAY

Terms of sale

Last updated 20 September 2026.

These terms apply to every order placed on rimay.me and are accepted before payment. They have a common part, a part for consumers (individuals acting outside their trade or profession) and a part for business customers.

1. The seller

SASU RESPONIA, 63 montée de l'Observance, 69009 Lyon, France, below "we". Contact: hello@rimay.me. Full identification details are in the legal notice.

Payment is collected by Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia), the merchant of record: Creem resells you the subscription, issues the invoice and collects VAT. Its terms of sale apply alongside these, which remain the terms of the service.

2. What you are buying

Rimay is software installed on your Mac, together with an online service. A subscription grants:

System requirements: macOS 26 or newer, and an Apple silicon Mac. Rimay does not run on an Intel Mac. Please check this before ordering: it is an essential characteristic of the product.

The service depends on third-party AI providers. Allowances are expressed in numbers of requests and tasks, not in outcomes: we undertake to give you access to the service, not to guarantee the accuracy of every answer a model produces.

3. Prices

Prices are shown on the sales page, in euros and inclusive of tax. VAT is calculated and collected by Creem at the rate of your country.

The price that applies is the one displayed when you order. A price change never applies to a period already paid for; it is announced before renewal, and you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

There are no delivery charges: the product is entirely digital.

4. Ordering and payment

Ordering requires acceptance of these terms through a checkbox that is never pre-ticked. Payment is by card through our payment provider. We never see or store your card number.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, which has already been paid for.

An invoice is sent to you for every payment.

5. Access

Access opens immediately once payment is confirmed, through a link sent to your email address. If a renewal payment fails, access to paid features is suspended; your data stays in place and access returns as soon as the payment is settled.

6. If you are a consumer

6.1 Right of withdrawal and immediate performance

You have fourteen days from your first subscription to withdraw, without giving a reason. You keep that right: a monthly subscription is not fully performed within those fourteen days, so nothing extinguishes it. A renewal of that subscription does not open a new window: the fourteen days count once, from the first payment.

Because access opens right after payment, the law requires, before you order, your express request that performance begin without waiting for the period to end. It is collected on a page of ours, before payment, through a separate checkbox that is not pre-ticked, next to the one accepting these terms. Neither box makes you waive anything.

If you then withdraw, you pay only for what was supplied until you told us, in proportion to the subscription price (article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code), and the rest is refunded to you. As soon as the refund is made, paid access stops: you go back to local dictation, free and unlimited.

If you do not request immediate performance, we cannot open access before the fourteen days are over: in that case, try local dictation first, free and unlimited, before subscribing. The detail of this refund is on the Refunds page.

6.2 Model withdrawal form

Send it to hello@rimay.me. Any other unambiguous written statement works too.

To SASU RESPONIA, 63 montée de l'Observance, 69009 Lyon, France, hello@rimay.me:

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following service:

Ordered on: ............ / Received on: ............
Name of consumer: ............
Address of consumer: ............
Signature (only if this form is notified on paper): ............
Date: ............

6.3 Legal guarantees

You have the benefit of the legal guarantee of conformity: we must supply a service that matches its description and keep it in conformity for the whole subscription. If the service is not in conformity, you may require it to be brought into conformity and, failing that, obtain a price reduction or the termination of the contract. This guarantee applies independently of any commercial guarantee.

You also have the benefit of the guarantee against hidden defects.

To invoke either: hello@rimay.me.

6.4 Complaints and mediation

Write to us first at hello@rimay.me: most situations are settled there.

If our answer does not suit you:

Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ) is the merchant of record for the subscription: consumer mediation falls under its terms of sale (creem.io/terms). You may also bring the matter before the competent court.

7. If you are a business customer

Articles 6.1 to 6.4 do not apply: the right of withdrawal and consumer mediation are reserved for consumers.

8. Liability

Rimay acts on your Mac at your request. You remain responsible for what you ask it to do and for the files you point it at. We recommend keeping a backup of your data, as with any software that writes to your computer.

We are not liable for interruptions caused by your connection, your hardware, or an outage at a third-party provider the service depends on. As regards consumers, nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives them.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer resident in another European Union member state, you keep the benefit of the more protective mandatory rules of your country of residence.
