Refunds

You can withdraw within fourteen days of your first subscription, without giving a reason. A renewal does not open a new window: the fourteen days count once, from the first payment.

Because access opens right after payment, you pay only for what was supplied until you told us: the rest is refunded, in proportion to what you did not use (article L221-25 of the French Consumer Code). As soon as the refund is made, paid access stops right away: you go back to local dictation, free and unlimited. The legal detail is in article 6.1 of the terms of sale.

How

• An email to hello@rimay.me from the account address is enough.
• The refund goes back to the payment method used, within fourteen days.

If a payment fails

If a renewal payment fails, paid access stops right away: you go back to local dictation, free. It returns as soon as the payment goes through.

Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel whenever you want from your account. The subscription runs until the end of the period already paid for, then stops. Nothing is charged afterwards.
